高雄國際航空站 Kaohsiung International Airport

Kaohsiung International Airport is a member of the Airports Council International (ACI) and has been actively engaged in energy conservation and carbon reduction efforts for many years. The airport participates in the ACI Airport Carbon Accreditation program, and in 2016, it became the first airport in Taiwan to achieve Level 3 Optimization Carbon Management certification. In order to continue implementing greenhouse gas reduction policies, reduce environmental pollution around the airport, fulfill social and global environmental responsibilities, the airport will maintain its Level 3 reduction certification, enhance energy-saving and carbon reduction technologies and management practices, and actively encourage airlines and passengers to participate in energy-saving and carbon reduction activities, moving towards the ideal goal of a carbon-neutral airport.
