GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

1. Language: Abstracts must be submitted in English.
2. Submission Method: Only abstracts submitted via the online submission portal will be accepted. Abstracts submitted via email will not be considered.
3. Conference Topics: Authors should submit abstracts related to the conference topics listed below.
4. Responsibility: The author is solely responsible for ethical considerations, conflict of interest disclosure, and the scientific content of the submission, as well as for its proper grammatical and stylistic form.
5. Originality: Authors may only submit original work where they are the first author or co-author.
6. Publication Status: Abstracts submitted must not have been published as a full manuscript in any journals.
7. Registration Requirement: Accepted presenters must register for the conference by 15 September 2025, otherwise, the submission will not be included in the official program.
8. Presentation Format: All presentations (oral or poster) must be delivered on-site.
9. Word Limit: The abstract content should not exceed 250 words (including background, objectives, method, results, and conclusions). Tables, graphs, images, and references are not permitted.
10. Abstract Structure: The abstract must follow this format:
    • Title
    • Author Information
    • Background
    • Objectives
    • Method
    • Results
    • Conclusions
11. Corresponding Author: Please provide full name, affiliation, and email address.
12. Presentation Type: You may choose to submit your work as either an oral presentation or a poster. However, if your submission is evaluated as outstanding, it may be selected for an oral presentation. The committee will send a confirmation inquiry if your work is chosen for this opportunity.
