Poster Posting Guidelines

• 1. The poster size is 80×60 cm. (length×width)
• 2. All participants are responsible for printing their own posters.
• 3. Posters can be displayed from 1:00 PM on October 16 and must be removed by the end of the conference on October 18.

Oral Presentation

• 1. Each presentation is scheduled for 10 minutes, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A.
• 2. Presentations will be held on October 17.
• 3. Please upload your file using your own USB at least one hour before your presentation.
• 4. Slides should be prepared in 16:9 format.

Cultural Night Payment Information

• 1. Please complete the “Cultural Night Payment” in Cash at registration on October 17 before 4:00 PM.
• 2. Payment options: USD 50 or NTD 1,500.
